THE BODY DECODER — Symptoms & Emotions Guide

THE BODY DECODER gathers everything we have written about the emotional and spiritual meaning of the body into one book you can keep, annotate and come back to.
The site gives you one page at a time. The book gives you the whole map: 221 symptoms and 36 feelings, grouped from head to toe, each with its reading, its questions, its affirmation and its medical note.
Then it gives you a way to work with it. The 30-day body-listening programme takes fifteen minutes a day: a prompt, a few lines in a notebook, and the entry you need beside you. Week one, you notice. Week two, you read. Week three, you release. Week four, you make it part of your days.
It is not about finding a fault in you, and an illness is never your fault.
It is about listening, gently, while your care carries on.
You download the PDF straight after payment. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer, every title in the index is a link, and you can print the pages you want to write on.

Index A–Z
Every condition, feeling and common name in one alphabetical list. In the PDF, every title is a link that takes you straight to its entry.
How to use it
- Start with the symptom or the feeling that brought you here. Use the A–Z index or the contents.
- Read the medical note first. A new, severe or lasting symptom deserves a doctor before it deserves a meaning.
- Answer one of the questions in writing. Keep what rings true, and let the rest go.
- Copy the affirmation somewhere you will see it each morning.
- Follow the 30-day programme in Part III, fifteen minutes a day, for a habit that lasts.
- Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print the pages you want to write on.
