AFTER US — Breakup Emotional Release

Your daily practice to release the attachment and return to yourself.
AFTER US — Breakup Emotional Release

AFTER US is a guided emotional experience created for the strange space that comes after a relationship ends — when the relationship is over, but part of you still feels connected to it.

You may still think about them when you wake up.

You may replay old conversations.

You may check their profile, imagine what they are doing, wonder whether they miss you, or keep returning to the version of the future you thought you were going to have together.

None of that means you have to force yourself to forget them.

AFTER US is designed to help you do something gentler:

release the attachment without denying what you felt.

The experience begins by bringing your attention to the absence itself — the routines, messages, presence and expectations that suddenly disappeared.

From there, you are guided through the emotional loop that often remains after a breakup: longing, checking, imaginary conversations, the need for closure, and the fear of fully letting go.

A subtle 6 Hz binaural background sound plays beneath the voice, creating an immersive space for relaxation and introspection while the guided practice helps you move your attention away from the relationship and gradually back toward yourself.

You will explore the difference between remembering someone and being emotionally controlled by the memory of them.

The purpose isn't to erase the person.

It isn't to convince yourself that the relationship meant nothing.

And it isn't to force yourself to move on before you are ready.

The purpose is to reach the point where remembering them no longer determines your emotional state.

You can still care.

You can still remember.

You can still love what was.

And slowly stop organizing your inner world around what is no longer there.

Listen once a day for 30 days.

Don't force yourself to let go.

Practice returning to yourself.

AFTER US is intended for relaxation, introspection and emotional self-exploration. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or a substitute for professional mental-health support. If a breakup is causing severe distress or affecting your ability to function, consider speaking with a qualified mental-health professional.

How to use it

  • Listen once a day for 30 days as a consistent personal practice.
  • Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for approximately 12 minutes.
  • Use stereo headphones to experience the binaural background sound as intended.
  • Sit or lie down comfortably, close your eyes and allow the voice to guide you.
  • Do not try to force yourself to forget, forgive or feel differently. Let whatever arises come at its own pace.
  • Do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your attention.
