--- title: "THE RETURN — Eczema Emotional Release" description: "A guided audio experience designed to help you explore feelings of separation, reconnect with a sense of safety, and gently return to yourself." canonical_url: "https://www.body-hemisync.com/products/the-return-eczema" --- **THE RETURN** is a guided emotional experience created around one central theme often explored in symbolic approaches to eczema: **separation**. Sometimes the separation is obvious. Losing someone. Moving away. A relationship ending. Affection disappearing. Sometimes it is much quieter — a feeling of rejection, a lack of closeness, a childhood experience of being left behind, or simply the sense that the warmth and connection you needed were no longer there. THE RETURN gives you a quiet space to explore those feelings without forcing yourself to find an explanation. The experience begins with a grounding ritual designed to help you temporarily leave your everyday worries behind. From there, you are guided into deep relaxation while a subtle 6 Hz binaural sound plays beneath the voice. You will gradually explore themes of separation, touch, affection, safety and connection before reconnecting with the part of yourself that may still be holding onto an older experience. The purpose isn't to erase the past. It's to remind your body that **the past is not happening now**. Listen once a day for 30 days. Don't just understand the message. **Work with it.** THE RETURN is intended for relaxation, introspection and emotional self-exploration. It is not a treatment for eczema or any other medical condition and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Continue any treatment prescribed or recommended by your healthcare professional. ## Sitemap See the full [sitemap](/sitemap.md) for all pages.
