Who we are The seller is IZ Labs Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (IZ Labs Kft.), 1072 Budapest, Klauzál tér 10., 2nd floor, door 23, Hungary, company number 01-09-459703, EU VAT HU33111920. We sell under the name Body Hemi-Sync. Full publication details are on the [legal notice](/legal/notice). These terms apply to visitors and to customers. If you buy as a consumer (a person acting outside a trade or profession), the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply. ## 2. What you are buying Products are digital audio files, supplied online and not on a physical medium. Each product page describes the format, length and price before you pay. The audio is a tool for relaxation, introspection and emotional self-exploration. It is not a medical device, a therapy session, or a treatment for eczema or any other condition. It does not replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified health professional. Keep following any care you have been given. The articles on this website are original informational writing. They offer a symbolic reading of the body. They are not medical advice, and they are not a diagnosis of you or of anyone else. ## 3. The contract A product page is an invitation to order. The contract is formed when we confirm your payment, usually by an on-screen confirmation and an email. We may refuse an order where payment fails, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot supply the file. The contract language is English. The governing law is set out below. ## 4. Prices and VAT Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Where VAT is due on a sale to you, it is included in that price, and the invoice shows it. ## 5. Payment Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, One Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, D02 FX04, Ireland, Irish company number 513174. Card numbers and similar payment credentials are collected and stored by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive the result of the payment, the amount, the currency, and the details we need to deliver the file and to issue an invoice, such as your name and email address. Stripe may also process data to prevent fraud. Their privacy notice is at [stripe.com/privacy](https://stripe.com/privacy). The charge is made when you place the order. If the payment is declined, the contract is not formed and the file is not delivered. ## 6. Delivery After a successful payment we give you access to the audio, by a download on the site, by email, or by both. Delivery is immediate, or starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. Before you pay, checkout will ask you to agree that delivery may start at once, and that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal described below. If you do not agree, do not complete the order. ## 7. Your licence We keep all rights in the audio. On payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive licence to listen to the file for your own private use, for as long as you keep a lawful copy. You may not sell, share, publish, publicly perform, or otherwise redistribute the file, and you may not remove any credit from it. You may not use it to train a model or to make a competing product. ## 8. Withdrawal and refunds If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, that right ends once delivery has begun, if you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and you have acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. Our checkout collects that consent before payment. Once you have received the file, or access to it, we do not refund the order on the ground of withdrawal. If you have not yet received the file and you have not consented to immediate delivery, you can withdraw by emailing [contact@body-hemisync.com](mailto:contact@body-hemisync.com) within 14 days of the contract. We then refund the price by the same payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days. A change of mind after you have listened to the audio is not a defect. ## 9. If the file is faulty Digital content must match its description and must be fit for the use you can reasonably expect from that description: a downloadable audio guide of the stated length, which plays in a common audio player. If the file is missing, corrupted, or materially not as described, email us within a reasonable time. We will supply a working copy. If we cannot, you may ask for a price reduction or a refund of the sums you have paid. This does not limit any legal guarantee that applies to digital content in your country. In the EU, the legal guarantee for digital content generally runs for two years from supply. ## 10. Using the website You may browse the site for personal information. You may not scrape it in bulk, disrupt it, attempt to access another customer's files, or use it in a way that breaks the law. Do not listen to the audio while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention. ## 11. Our content Text, audio, the name Body Hemi-Sync, and the visual design belong to us or to our licensors. You may share a link to a page. You may not copy the articles or the audio onto another site. Some articles are inspired by published works, which are named on the page. Those works remain the property of their authors and publishers. Our pages do not reproduce them. ## 12. Liability The articles and the audio are offered for reflection. We do not promise a particular emotional, spiritual or physical result. How you use what you read or hear is your own choice. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for any non-waivable consumer right. Subject to that, we are not liable for decisions you make about your health, for interrupting a medical treatment, or for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breach. Where a paid product is concerned, our liability for a breach of the contract is limited to the price you paid for that product, except where a legal guarantee gives you a broader remedy. ## 13. Complaints and disputes Write to [contact@body-hemisync.com](mailto:contact@body-hemisync.com) and tell us the order and what went wrong. We will reply within a reasonable time. You may also use the consumer protection authority of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts. These terms are governed by Hungarian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the mandatory protections of that country, and you may sue either in Hungary or in the courts of your place of residence. ## 14. Changes We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The date at the bottom is the date of the current version. The version in force when you pay applies to that order.
